If you visited our party venue in Heckmondwike a few years ago and wanting to book again, you might have noticed a few changes.

Firstly, we no longer have the venue. Which is a real shame but unfortunately, it’s out of our control.

Lockdown hit our company HARD, being in one of the last industries to reopen, as in it has not been physically possible or legal for us to run any parties for over 16 months!?!

Initially, I only thought we’d be closed for 4months and be back open again that September. Boy, was I wrong!!

Now, I want to be honest with you.

I found it mental torture trying to keep a business alive when I had no idea when or if we could ever open again. Apple of my Pie was breaking my heart because I’d built up such a fantastic company, then it all dissolved overnight into nothingness. 💔

I left the venue, packed away boxes of kit and pushed pause on thinking about the business as a whole.

But then I also craved having a creating outlet. Apple of my Pie took over such a big part of my life that without it, I felt lost.

So I created The Party Noodles, started crafting and planning parties for the future. With the new name, I began to have hope again.

I’ve gone back to basics and planning on rebuilding my business from scratch, starting with mobile party entertainment (Available to book from Aug 2021).

Nothing can take away my expertise in the industry and passion for creating brilliant birthday parties.

I don’t want you to feel sorry for me, “life is a rollercoaster, you just gotta ride it”😂 I just wanted a chance to share my story.

I can’t wait to get out there again and create smiles wherever I go!

Thanks for taking the time to read this,

All the Best, Nicky Noodles ✨
